Good Smaritan Death on Spagetti Junction

Dekalb County Police authorities have charged the at fault driver with second degree vehicular homicide, driving without a license, and failure to maintain lane.

A 53 year old good Samaritan, stopped on I-85 to help a driver who had lost control on the overpass. When she got out to help the other driver the charged driver struck the back of her vehicle hitting the good Samaritan and knocking her over the guardrail down 50+ feet to her death.

The other driver whom the good Samaritan was attempting to help was injured also.
